Lovegrove Lord & Johnston has an intimate understanding of building regulation in this country. We have a Principal who was the Principal legal advisor on the development of the Building Act 1993, the National Model Building Act and has acted as a consultant on past reforms of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act NSW.

For many years now, we have represented building surveyors in Victoria, New South Wales and the ACT. We have provided representation before the BPB, BAB and courts in Victoria, and the BPB, the ADT and the Supreme Court in NSW.  We also appear for Building Surveyors in the ACT.  We are known to be the leading advocates in this area.
